Michael Webb, Founder/President and CEO – Mr. Webb has twelve years managing all phases of the recruiting process. He has managed recruiting budgets and developed recruiting strategies for corporations and internet startups. As the Director of Recruiting for Seneca One Finance, Webb created and managed the company’s recruiting process. During his tenure at eTranslate, he developed the firm’s professional services organization and managed vendor relationships for the New York and San Francisco offices. Webb also developed the hiring plans, implemented the recruiting process, generated vendor contracts and managed the recruiting operations for the Northwest Region of Cambridge Technology Partners. He attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Tanvir Alam, VP Technology - Mr. Alam has nearly 10 years' experience in leading development teams, including large-scale development projects for government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. He is proficient in PHP, Smarty, MySQL, Ajax, XML, SPYC, DOM, CMS, CSS2, JavaScript, XHTML, PHP Mailer, HTML2PDF, tinyMCE, Wordpress, Zencart, and many other development environments. He has extensive knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and is experienced with ISP setup, including VSAT setup and SAT modem configuration, Cisco router setup, Bandwidth Manager configuration, and LINUX server configuration and administration. As Project Team Leader, he spearheaded the development of Preferredvendor from Requirements Analysis through final design and testing. He currently oversees technical improvements and directs member technical support.
